I got up early in the morning, brushed my teeth, and washed my face. I heard my parents discussing something, and I listened in. They were planning to go to Honghu Park. I jumped up and down with joy. I told this good news to my sister who was playing on the computer, and she was also overjoyed.
I set off after lunch. When I arrived at the entrance of Honghu Park, I saw the four characters "Honghu Park" standing in front of me. I strode into the door and saw a quiet path covered with green carpet. Flowers of all sizes were like butterflies of all sizes. The flowers were colorful and beautiful. Dragonflies were attracted, bees soon followed, and naturally butterflies were not far behind.
Going deeper, a kite square is in front of me. There are many kites flying in the sky, including birds, mascots, butterflies, goldfish... all kinds of kites, all kinds of strange things.
The most famous thing in Honghu Park is the lotus. I came to the lotus pond and saw all the lotuses dancing in the pond. I seemed to have become a lotus, dancing with the wind on the pond. Many fish were enjoying the cool under the lotus leaves. Many tourists were attracted by this beautiful lotus. Attracted by the lotus, I stopped by the lotus pond to admire it silently. There were also many art lovers taking photos and sketching beside the lotus pond. There were many people playing music on the pavilion, which added to the atmosphere of the lotus pond.
The one-day trip to Honghu Park ended here, and I reluctantly left the lotus pond.
