Is it reasonable for college students to wash their shoes with public washing machines?

It's really immoral, but the dirt on shoes and clothes is similar to the truth. After washing clothes, the washing machine will clean the inner wall. Shoes will not be very clean whether they are washed or not. People with cleanliness can't use public washing machines. Since they don't, don't worry so much. Just wash it. If you are not at ease, you can wash your underwear by hand.
