3. Establish a scientific performance evaluation system for resident cadres. According to the management responsibilities and assessment methods of resident cadres, the work scope and assessment indicators of resident cadres should be clarified, and the guiding role of resident cadres in guiding the development of village-level industries, strengthening the collective economy, implementing assistance measures, revitalizing the countryside, and managing rural grass-roots units should be emphasized, so as to avoid measuring the performance of resident cadres by how much they participate in village-level affairs.
What is a resident cadre?
