What are some of your special weight loss experiences?

The beginning is the hardest, because losing weight involves dieting, and suddenly reducing your food intake makes it hard on yourself. It felt like you were thinking about food every day, but after being able to stick with it for a week, that hunger was greatly reduced. The most exhausting process. After getting used to the diet, it was time to start exercising, exhausting myself regularly with running and gym workouts 4-5 times a week. But the process is kind of fun because you get to meet a lot of people. And seeing some very fit people at the gym inspired my own confidence to lose weight. Perseverance waits for a more beautiful self. It's very rewarding to count your weight and watch the clothes you wear get looser and looser. Finally, you can look at yourself in the mirror and have the confidence to present yourself in front of others.
