This position needs to be mentally prepared:
1. The intensity of the work of the video reviewer is basically a 24-hour shift, the need to work overnight. The background of a more mature company will automatically filter out some transcoding failures, splash screen, too short video, before manual screening. If the platform is doing copyrighted dramas, such as original movies and TV dramas, then the requirements for the amount of auditing will be lower, and the auditor's work will be relatively easy. If the platform is mainly doing original user content, then the basic audit volume is almost always a few thousand per person per day, unless the number of user uploads itself is small. In the review process, different video sites will have different requirements, for example, some video sites require video reviewers to mark the classification, mark the quality of the video, copyright attribution and so on. If the screening is wrong, and something happens after it is released, the video reviewer will not be able to get away with it.
2. Challenging the mental capacity of the video reviewer in addition to a healthy body, but also have a strong heart, because occasionally see some users intentionally uploaded horror, violent video. So there's no such thing as a good time, just that the hard-working video reviewer has already stepped through the mines once for everyone.
3. In addition to some strange little videos, most of the videos uploaded by users are actually quite boring, with the same background music, various versions of square dancing, and the use of bad street terriers, which is really tiring and boring to watch hundreds of times a day.
