Tibetan folk dance is characterized by continuous, small, fast and elastic vibration or continuous and elastic flexion and extension of the knee joint. The tremor or flexion and extension gait forms the movement of the center of gravity, which drives the relaxation of upper limb movements, making the arm movements mostly accompanied and without initiative.
