Creation background
"My Secret" is the last song in G.E.M.'s live piano performance series. G.E.M. composed this song at the age of 19. She wrote her thoughts about life and reality at that time, as well as the secret of youth, into the song My Secret. This is also a recording by G.E.M., who plays and sings by himself without any editing.
There are two versions of this song's MV. In the first version, G.E.M. plays and sings in a room, G.E.M. wears a white chiffon coat, and G.E.M. plays and sings in the MV in jeans and high heels, but this version is unedited.
Another version shows G.E.M. singing through the glass in the room. Images appearing in the MV include deer models, goldfish, black balloons flying in the room, an unrecognizable cake in G.E.M.'s hand, and G.E.M.'s wish to sing "My Secret" loudly with a megaphone.
