What are the characteristics of Mongolian dance?

Mongolian dance is characterized by its distinctive rhythm and enthusiasm. The movements are mostly shoulder shaking and wrist flipping to show the Mongolian girls' cheerful and beautiful, enthusiastic and cheerful character. Mongolian folk dance mainly has the following kinds:

One is the cup and bowl dance.
