Auspiciousness is the dance of Tibetan people
Tibetan dance is the general name of Tibetan folk dance. Tibetan dance culture has a long history and interacts with Han dance culture. It also interacts with the dance culture of surrounding ethnic groups and countries, forming a unique Tibetan culture in the Tibetan Plateau region of China. The more common Tibetan dances include Xianzi, Guozhuang, tap, etc.
Explanation of the basic movements of the lower limbs in Tibetan dance:
1. Step step alternately with both feet, the knees tremble, and the rhythm of the steps is even. Can advance, retreat and turn.
2. Tremble step, lower your knees for a weak beat, tap the ground with your action leg, straighten your knee and tremble (change to a supporting leg), and at the same time lift the other leg. During the movement, step on the ground and lift the other leg simultaneously, and keep the upper body stable and relaxed when shaking.
3. Lifting and pedaling? (Lifting and pedaling is also called "Gang Da") With weak beat, both knees sink, and at the same time lift the soles of the forefoot, and with heavy beat, the knee joint drives, the ankle joint exerts force, and the sole of the foot hits quickly ground, while shaking knees. It can be done with both feet or one foot.
4. Suction trembling step. When the moving leg is sucking the leg, the supporting leg touches the tiptoe and trembles the knee once, and then puts the foot down and "steps" twice. Pay attention to keeping your upper body stable and relaxed.
5. Step back, step back half a step with the action leg, touch the sole of the foot, while the supporting leg is slightly off the ground, tap the supporting leg to step on the ground, and then step on the action leg to tremble the knees. During movement, it has the characteristics of retracting and separating tremors and sliding smoothly after stepping on the ground.
