Articles of Association of Lanzhou University Guozhuang Dance
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 The name of this association is "Lanzhou University Guozhuang Dance Association", which is located in Lanzhou Under the guidance of the University Youth League Committee and the Student Association Federation, it is a student association organization initiated independently by the students of the school and voluntarily participated by students of all grades and majors.
Article 2: The purpose of this association is: to promote national culture and dance with the snowy customs; to enhance national unity and enrich
campus culture.
Article 3: The nature of this association is: a public welfare association.
Article 4: This society represents the common interests of all community members and is responsible to all community members.
Chapter 2 Institutional Setup
Article 5: This association shall have 1 president and 2 vice presidents; 1 president and 2 vice presidents of the medical school branch. There is 1 director and 2 deputy directors of the Propaganda Department; 1 director and 2 deputy directors of the Practice Department; 1 director and 2 deputy directors of the Planning Department; 1 director and 2 deputy directors of the Public Relations Department; 1 head coach of the coaching team , 3 deputy head coaches, several coaches; several members of each department.
Article 6: This society consists of: Lanzhou University Medical Branch, 6 departments including Propaganda Department, Practice Department, Planning Department, Public Relations Department, Coaching Team and Board of Directors.
Article 7: The person in charge of the association shall be elected through fair elections.
Article 8 The rights and obligations of the person in charge of the group are as follows
Rights: to organize and lead the activities of the department and have certain autonomy over the activities of the department.
Obligations: obey the leadership of the association, lead the members of the department to do their jobs, assist the work of other departments, and work hard to complete the work of the association.
Article 9 Responsibilities of the President:
Preside over regular meetings of the association, preside over the management of the association, organize and implement the plans and programs of the association, and coordinate the relationship between various departments.
Article 10 Responsibilities of each department:
The Board of Directors: consists of 1 president, 2 vice presidents, 1 president of the medical school branch, and a coach of the Lanzhou University Guozhuang Dance Association The team consists of one head coach, who is responsible for decision-making on association activities.
Propaganda Department: Responsible for comprehensive publicity of the association and its activities, and representing the image of the association to the outside world.
Practice Department: Manage the association’s funds, handle specific matters for each event, and carry out logistics work such as equipment transportation for every Saturday event.
Planning Department: Responsible for formulating planning plans for association activities; drafting documents and materials; planning association activities; actively communicating with other departments, etc.
Public Relations Department: Responsible for exchanges and cooperation between the association and other societies, and responsible for external contacts.
Coaching Department: Responsible for teaching Guozhuang Dance to new members; arranging dances for association performances; and organizing the association’s Saturday activities.
Chapter 3 Members
Article 11: Club members are recruited from the school and new members are recruited at the beginning of each school year.
Article 12 Basic conditions for becoming a member:
Responsible, enthusiastic, with good ideological and moral standards, interested in Tibetan culture, respecting national customs and habits, and paying attention to national unity Those who communicate with others, abide by school disciplines and rules, and have not been punished by the school or college.
Article 13 Membership joining procedures:
During the recruitment period of the association, I voluntarily fill in my personal information and pay two one-inch photos and a membership fee of 10 yuan.
Article 14. Basic rights of members:
Have the right to vote and be elected; have the right to speak; have the right to know about the activities of the association; have the right to have plans under discussion The right to make suggestions, opinions or initiatives, and the right to freely choose to withdraw from the association.
Article 15 Basic obligations of members:
Obey the organization and leadership of the association, love and do their job well, actively participate in association activities, learn Guozhuang dance seriously, and understand related Guozhuang culture, actively engage in activities that contribute to the development of the association, and maintain the image and honor of the association.
Chapter 4 Activities
Article 16 The activities of this club: enrich the campus cultural life of teachers and students, promote cultural exchanges and communication, enrich campus cultural life, and promote the nation culture and enhance national unity. Teach Guozhuang dance; organize members to have social gatherings and performances where we are needed; conduct research and publicity on Tibetan culture; organize Guozhuang dance competitions and other activities.
Article 17: The scope of activities of this association: with the school as the center, and gradually developing to other institutions and society.
Article 18 The activities of this society: teaching and practicing Guozhuang dance mainly in the form of group activities, actively driving members to use the knowledge they have learned to investigate and promote Tibetan culture, and strengthening the relationship between members according to specific conditions exchange and cooperation.
Chapter 5 Finance
Article 19 Source of funds: Mainly self-raised - adopting a combination of collection of membership fees, external cooperation, sponsorship, etc.; appropriate contributions to the school Associations of societies or schools apply for part of the funding.
Article 20: Purpose of funds: Purchase relevant equipment necessary for the association and organize and implement activities.
Article 21 Management methods: The president is responsible for the revenue and expenditure of funds, and the practical department manages the funds specifically. Funding is subject to the supervision of other directors and members.
Article 22: For each expenditure of the association, receipts and proofs should be kept on file and a description of the purpose should be provided; major expenditures will be decided after discussion and deliberation by various departments of the association. Management method: The president is responsible for the revenue and expenditure of funds, and the practical department manages the funds specifically. Members who attract sponsors will receive a personal reward of 15 if they raise less than 1,000 yuan, and those who raise 1,000 yuan or more will receive a personal reward of 12. From the remuneration received from performing in the name of the society, the association will draw 20% as membership dues.
Chapter 6 Management System
Article 23 Ordinance Meeting System: Hold a regular meeting after every two weeks of activities to summarize the previous work and plan the next stage of work and arrangements.
Article 24 Reward System: Based on the performance of association members and the evaluation of other members, "outstanding cadres" and "outstanding officers" will be selected every year, awarded certificates and other rewards; when the association changes boundaries Refer to members' performance and contributions within the association.
Article 25 Punishment System: Those who behave loosely in the association, do nothing, and fail to participate in association activities three consecutive times without justifiable reasons will be automatically dismissed from the membership, and the membership fees paid will not be refunded; future activities of the association This member will no longer be contacted.
Article 26: If a member is unable to participate in association activities due to something unexpected, he should take the initiative to apply for leave to the relevant person in charge of the association in advance.
Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions
Article 27 Matters not covered in this Articles of Association may be modified as appropriate based on actual circumstances.
Article 28 The right to interpret this charter belongs to Lanzhou University Guozhuang Dance Association.
Article 29: This Article of Association shall take effect from the date of formulation.
