After leaving the Devil's Triangle, the Straw Hat gang travels to the Shampooed Islands to get their ship coated for the journey to Fishman Island. But later, Luffy uses the event of returning to the Navy Headquarters and ringing the "Orcus Bell" to convey a special message that "only his partners know" - a tattoo that Straw Hat and his team saw on Luffy's body in a newspaper!
