The story of Shambhala's kingdom of heaven
Everyone has probably heard of Shambhala (also known as Shangri-La), but what is Shambhala? Generally speaking, Shambhala is a fashionable legend, which has been romanticized through some literary works. However, this legend has a source, and the source is the wheel of time. In Tibetan Buddhism, Shambhala belief is an important religious core and a political guide for Tibetan Buddhism to rule the world.
According to legend, the Buddha Sakyamuni once taught the original version of the "Time Wheel Sutra" by King Suchadra of Shambhala. There are 12000 ballads in the original text. The original text of Shi LUN Jing has been lost, and it is a simplified version that has been handed down. According to conversion of time in The Chronicle of Wheels, the meeting between Sakyamuni and Suchadra was held in 878 BC in Kataka, Dagna, near the Vulture Mountain in Rajagriha, South India. When Suchandra asked the Buddha to teach him, Sakyamuni became Kalachakra, the god of time, surrounded by bodhisattvas, and sat on the lion's throne to give lectures. Suchandra's kingdom Shambhala is said to be in northern India. He came to see the Buddha with 96 generals and officials. After being enlightened by tantric Buddhism, he returned to the kingdom of Shambhala and made Tibetan Buddhism the state religion. Suchandra wrote the Buddha's teachings into the original text of the time wheel sutra according to his own memory, and added many notes. His successor, Manjushri, simplified the original version of Time Wheel Classic into Time Wheel Classic, including 65,438+0,000 ballads, which were handed down intact. Peng Dalika, the successor of Manjushri, wrote a book entitled Vimalaprabha (meaning "flawless light") explaining Kalachakra Laghutantra in detail. These two scriptures were brought back to India by "exorcist" Tiropa in the 10 century, and then introduced to Tibet from India more than one hundred years later. However, there are still some intermittent original versions of the Classic of Time Wheel, the most important one of which is called Sekkodesha, which is annotated by Naropa, the exorcist.
In Tibetan Buddhism, Suchandra is the reincarnation of Bodhisattva Vajrayana, and the location of his kingdom has always been a mystery. For hundreds of years, Tibetan lamas deliberately kept this kingdom in the dark. Here we can see the typical "Dharma" of Tibetan Buddhism, whether Shambhala exists or not, and the Lama's statement to the outside world is that there is a moment, but there is no moment. According to the teachings of Tibetan Buddhism, Shambhala is first and foremost a kingdom in the spiritual realm, which can only be reached by people who have been enlightened by the wheel of time. There is only one exact address of Shambhala: on the other side of the Xita River. But this river can't be found on any map. For hundreds of years, people who have been looking for Shambhala have regarded almost everything between Kashmir and the North Pole as a hidden kingdom. But the most concerned is the Tarim Basin. A Lama said that the kingdom of Shambhala was still there, but it was hidden by a layer of magic and could not be seen by outsiders.
From the picture, the geography of Shambhala is like an altar city, which is in the shape of a wheel or an eight-petal lotus. Each petal is an administrative region under the jurisdiction of a governor, and each administrative region has1.200 million villages. The whole edge of Shambhala is an insurmountable snow mountain. The center of Shambhala is its capital, Karapa, which is as bright as day even at night. The king lived in a palace made of precious stones and Jin Gangzuan. There is a sun temple and a moon temple in the city. There is a beautiful garden to the south of the palace. There are temples of Kara chakra, the god of time, and Vishwamata, the goddess of time. It is made of five precious materials: gold, silver, turquoise, coral and pearls.
After Suchandra, the first seven kings of Shambhala shared the same surname as Buddha Sakyamuni, and then the "Second Dynasty" appeared, in which the surnames of 25 rulers were all Kurikka or Kalki. Every king has ruled for a hundred years, and the names of those future rulers have been decided. The current king is Anirudha, who ascended the throne on 1927 and left office in 2027. The 25th King of Kalki Dynasty is of great significance in Tibetan Buddhism. He is Rudra Chakrin (meaning "the wheel of anger"), who will ascend to the throne in 2327.
Like the Indian exorcist, the king of Kalki dynasty had long hair and wore big earrings and bracelets. They all have only one son, but many daughters. At the ceremony, they were smart women. The king has countless civilian commanders and countless troops under his command. In the spiritual field, the king is the incarnation of Buddha and has the supreme power of the unity of politics and religion. He sits on the throne of a lion made of gold, holding a gem that satisfies any wish. He can observe the magic mirror anywhere in the world, and nothing can escape his eyes and ears. He has the ability to see everything. Interestingly, the gender in the kingdom, all useful figures are men, and women are not only mentioned during childbirth, but also "smart women" in ceremonies. The king himself has a million intelligent women, "as young as the eighth day of the month". The ruling class of this kingdom is the Lama. They all say Sanskrit, and they have all been enlightened by the wheel sutra. Most of them have a clear understanding. Under the Lama are soldiers, the king is the supreme commander of a huge army, and Shambhala has a powerful weapon system, all of which are waiting to be put into battle in 2327. The king is not only the totalitarian ruler of Shambhala, but also controls the development of the whole earth.
About Shambhala Although we know the names of every king in Shambhala, Shambhala has almost no history, and nothing worth recording has happened for thousands of years. There is only one exception, and that is the so-called Rishi (meaning "the viewer") anxiety. When Manjushri King talked about the Classic of Time Wheel, Suryaratha (meaning "solar car"), the founder of Manjushri, objected. They would rather be driven out of Shambhala than accept "Vajrayana". So thirty-five million (! ) Rishi crossed the border of Shambhala and went to India. At this time Manjushri sat in meditation, got the escaped people drunk, and then sent a bird demon to take them back.
Shambhala, also translated as Shangri-La, is the mythical world mentioned by Buddhism and the birthplace of the wheel of time Buddhism. The Buddhist community thinks Shambhala is a fictional paradise.
Legend has it that in a hidden place deep in the snow-capped mountains of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, there is a kingdom surrounded by double-layered snow-capped mountains, where there are snow-capped mountains, glaciers, canyons, forests, meadows, lakes, gold mines and pure air. This kingdom is Shambhala Kingdom. In Tibetan Buddhism, a beautiful, bright, quiet and harmonious "pure land" like "Shambhala Kingdom" is also called "Shangri-La". The description of Shambhala is recorded in Tibetan history books in detail: Shambhala is located at the western end of the center of the snow-capped mountains, which is round like lotus petals and surrounded by snow-capped mountains. From the snowy peak to the forest below, all kinds of flowers and plants grow, lakes are dotted with lush vegetation, and there are many holy places for practice. In its center stands the magnificent King Garobo Palace. In the center of the palace is the throne of each king's bedroom. Every king has many ministers and troops, as well as countless lions, elephants and horses to ride. There are abundant products here, and people live and work in peace and contentment. From princes and nobles to ordinary people, they all believe in Buddhism and worship the Three Treasures. ......
