Introduction of Wushu Program:

Wushu, the technique of punching and using weapons, is a traditional Chinese sport. The people of Guangdong and Guangxi are called Kung Fu, and in the early Republic of China, it was shortened to National Art, which is regarded as the essence of Chinese culture, so it is also called "National Essence". Due to its historical development and geographical distribution, it has given rise to different schools.

The main contents of Chinese Wushu include combat skills, fighting techniques, attack and defense strategies, and weapon use and other techniques. It is divided into two categories: theory and practice. From practice comes important functions related to sports, fitness, and qigong unique to Chinese Wushu, as well as health maintenance. The theory brings a lot of previous experience and records of boxing manuals.

The basic skills of wushu:

1. Hand Manipulation Exercise: Hand Manipulation Exercise is to practice the basic rules of hand manipulation by utilizing three types of hands, namely, fist, palm, and hook, and combining them with upper limb punching, racking, pushing, and brightening methods of movement.
