In order to ensure the smooth holding of the event, according to Article 39 of "Dragon Boat Rowing", during the Lantern Festival, traffic management measures such as traffic restrictions and bans will be adopted on some roads in the urban area. The details are as follows:

1. The traffic management department of the public security organ will initiate control measures in a timely manner during the Lantern Festival based on the characteristics of the event, traffic flow and people flow. When the traffic flow of "Two Rivers and Two Parks" and surrounding roads reaches peak saturation, people flow into non-motorized lanes, causing traffic congestion, such as Zhongda Street, Wangjing Street, Baota Road (south side of the road), Qifeng Road (not included), Xitan Road (not included), Daximen, etc.

2. During the traffic control period, Honghua Lane (from Xiaoximen Street to Jiaotong West Road), Xiaoximen Street (from Honghua Lane to Xitan Road), Xitan Road (from Xiaoximen Street to Daximen Street) ), Jiaotong West Road, Daximen Street and both sides of the road are prohibited from parking motor vehicles.

3. During the traffic control period, vehicles (including non-motorized vehicles) are prohibited from passing through Pagoda Park Square, South Binhe and North Binhe. Wangjing Street, Zhongda Street (from Sanyanjing to Zhuangyuanfang), Honghua Lane (from Xiaoximen Street to Jiaotong West Road), Xiaoximen Street (from Honghua Lane to Xitan Road) are closed to traffic (except buses and special vehicles) .

Four. During the control period, illegal vehicles (including non-motor vehicles) on prohibited roads in urban areas will be towed and severely punished in accordance with regulations.
