Video Ringtone is a featured service of VoLTE, which evolves the "Listening Ringtone" into "Watching Ringtone".
Users can make a voice call or video call under VoLTE network, and will see a video content before the call is connected. Video ringtone users can create or upload personalized video content, or select from the operator's video library, and set different video content for different callers.

Video ringtone provides a new realizing capability for VoLTE service. A report* by the Global Mobile Equipment Suppliers Association (GSA) states that as of August 2017, 179 operators worldwide*** have invested in VoLTE networks in 81 countries, of which 121 operators have officially commercialized VoLTE HD voice services in 60 countries.
