"From the Calm Tomorrow" is a cross-media project by anime production company P.A.WORKS and manga magazine "Dengeki Daioh," which depicts the love stories of five middle school students in a world where the earth and the sea are in communication.

From the Calm Tomorrow (凪のあすから) is a cross-media project by animation company P.A.WORKS and manga magazine Dengeki Daikai, featuring the love stories of five middle school students in a world where the earth and the sea communicate. Toshiya Shinohara, who directed "Deaconess Black" and "Battle Division Book," is overseeing the project; Mari Okada, a popular scribe who has written many works, including "Unheard of Flower Name" and "Tempest in the Jedien Garden," is handling the series composition; and Buriki, an illustrator from the popular light novels "Few of My Friends" and "Densha Girl and Young Man," won the 2nd place of the Illustration Division Grand Prize of the 2011 "This Light Novel is Awesome! The illustrator Buriki won the 2nd place in the illustration department of the 『This Light Novel is Great!
The animation began on October 3, 2013, and has been broadcast on TOKYO MX, ANIMAX, SUN TV, KBS Kyoto, Aichi TV, and other major Japanese TV stations, with the premiere broadcast on ANIMAX on Thursdays at 22:00 p.m. (21:00 p.m. Beijing time). The network broadcasting rights of the anime in mainland China were acquired by the video website Aichi, which updates the anime at 00:00 every Friday morning, slightly later than after the Japanese anime has finished broadcasting.
2 Synopsis

Episode 01 Where the Sea Meets the Earth
Hirasaki, who lives under the sea, has to be killed. On the first day of their journey to the land school Hamanaka Middle School, the four of them - Hira Chisaki, Izaki To, Kou Mishima and Aika Mukaido - fall out of the group and accidentally meet their new classmate Spinning, but Kou is hostile to Spinning.
