The dancers are monks and nuns, and they are quite professional. The props used by the dancers include lotus pond sticks, lotus cups, etc.
The dance moves include "bowl flower", "cup flower", and "wooden stick flower"; the performance routines include Anchi, admonition to Buddha, double dragons coming out of the cave, hitting the four gates, breaking hell, etc. The dancers sang, chanted and danced while playing gongs and cymbals.
The music is equipped with flow board, short seven-character board, two half drums, allegro, long seven-character board, upturned adagio, Zen board, Pu'an zhu board, one half adagio, and gongs and drums tempo Board etc. Most of its lyrics encourage good deeds and filial piety, with a strong Buddhist flavor. It is a cultural phenomenon that combines Buddhist teachings with folk customs.
