Zhang Mei, female, born on November 3, 1995 in Henan Province, was awarded the Gold Prize in the children's category of the 2002 year-end finals of Liyuanchun at the age of 6. She was also awarded the Gold Prize in the Children's category of the 2002 year-end finals of Liyuanchun. At the age of 8, she was awarded the Gold Medal of the National Opera Little Plum Blossom Award. Zhang Mei was awarded the gold medal in the children's category of the Pear Garden Spring's five-year ringmaster competition.

Zhang Mei began her vocal studies at the age of 15 under the tutelage of Mr. Xu Lei at the Luoyang Art School, and at the age of 17, she was admitted to the Xinghai Conservatory of Music, where she received her undergraduate degree from the Department of Ethnic Vocal Music in the class of 2013. She studied under Prof. Berlin Lin, a national-level performer and master's degree supervisor.

Born on November 3, 1995, Zhang Mei appeared on the stage of "Pear Garden Spring" at the age of six. She was awarded three consecutive titles in Henan TV's "Liyuanchun" (three consecutive titles), defeating two consecutive rival contestants who had successfully defended the ring for two consecutive periods, and became the first pediatric three consecutive champions since the opening of "Liyuanchun".

On January 30, 2003, Zhang Mei won the gold medal in the children's division of Henan TV's "Pi Yuan Chun" 2002 Annual Fans' Ring Finals, and in 2004, at the age of 8, Zhang Mei won the gold medal for the children's division of the first "Pi Yuan Chun" Five-Year Ringmaster Competition.
