Taiwan Entry Permit, known as the "Republic of China, Taiwan Entry and Exit Permit", English: Exit & Entry Permit (Taiwan, Republic of China). It is a document issued by the internal affairs department of Taiwan to residents of mainland China (including Hong Kong and Macao) for the purpose of entering and leaving Taiwan.

The Entry Permit can be issued as a single pass, a one-time pass, a one-year multiple pass, or a three-year multiple pass. Holders of Taiwan passports are not required to apply for an entry permit, while holders of foreign passports should apply for a Taiwan visa unless a visa waiver applies. Holders of Taiwan passports and other foreign passports or travel documents are not eligible to apply for an entry permit.

Back before 2005, only residents of Hong Kong and Macau who had visited Taiwan could apply for an entry permit via the Internet and hold the permit (valid or invalid) when entering or leaving the country.
