Things to pay attention to in Tibet

1. Patients with severe hypertension and heart disease should not enter Tibet. Please don't bring a bad cold into Tibet.

2. Treat altitude sickness correctly: The oxygen content in Lhasa is only about 70% of that in the plain, and the atmospheric pressure is also low. When they first arrive at the plateau, most people will feel different degrees of chest tightness, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing and other hypoxia symptoms. In severe cases, they will have headaches, muscle aches and insomnia. But that doesn't mean you can't adapt to the plateau. This reaction is normal. The so-called altitude sickness is the antagonistic reaction of our body because of the discomfort caused by such air pressure difference and hypoxia.

3, just entering the plateau, do not overeat, so as not to increase the burden on the digestive organs, so that they can adapt to this environment well. It's best not to drink or smoke. Eat more vitamin-rich substances such as vegetables and fruits, and drink plenty of water to prevent dryness, especially sunscreen lipstick and sunscreen, which can effectively prevent water loss and increase body resistance.

When you first arrive at the plateau, you can't walk fast, let alone run, let alone do manual labor. It is best to rest thoroughly for half a day to prevent catching a cold.

5. Commonly used drugs to prevent altitude sickness: Rhodiola, Jigan tablets, glucose, etc. You can take some drugs properly before and after entering Tibet, such as Gao Yuanan and Gao Yuanning. And in severe cases, you can properly take oxygen or hang salt water.

6. In view of the special situation in Tibet, please pay attention to safety and remember not to leave the team or change the itinerary without authorization; Please leave your valuables at the front desk of the hotel, not in the room. Please go out to play in the evening, and be sure to return to the hotel before 12: 00 in the evening, so as not to affect the next day's trip.

7. Because of the long route in Tibet, I spend more time in the car, so I can't eat on time. Please bring some snacks and biscuits. American ginseng can refresh you, bring some.

Due to the special conditions in Tibet, most hotels don't have air conditioning. Please keep warm and try not to take a shower on the first day to avoid catching a cold. There is a great temperature difference between morning and evening in Tibet. The peaks of Namco, Yangbajing and gambara, as well as the Milla Pass, are higher in altitude and lower in temperature. Please take a sweater, a thick coat and jeans to keep warm. The sunshine in Tibet is strong and the climate is particularly dry. Sunscreen, sunglasses and lip balm are essential.

9. Tibet is rainy in summer, which often leads to mudslides and landslides. Due to the above reasons, the team can't travel outside Lhasa according to the itinerary.
