How to jump sixteen steps

The first bar, 4 beats 1~4 steps-starting with the right foot, following with the left foot, and traversing to the right twice;

Or slightly lift, the center of gravity returns to the left foot in the middle of step 5 or 6, and the right foot takes a big step backwards. Step 7, step to the left with your right foot and step to the left with your left foot;

In the third section, take 9~ 12 steps-step to the right with your left foot, step to the right with your right foot and step to the left with your right foot. Prepare to turn around and turn left 180 degrees.

In the fourth section, hit 13~ 16 steps-after turning around, center your left foot or feet, and start to turn right with your right foot, and turn 360+90 degrees in four steps.
