Wuhe County belongs to Bengbu City, Anhui Province, is located in the middle and lower reaches of the Huaihe River in the northeast of Anhui Province, on the edge of the Yangtze River Delta, is one of the 23 counties (districts) in the eastward development of Anhui Province, and is the only county in Bengbu City that is adjacent to the Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions.

The general climate is characterized by four distinct seasons and a remarkable monsoon climate; mild climate, moderate rainfall, abundant light, long frost-free period, and abundant light, heat and water resources. However, the transitional nature of the climate and the variability of resources often bring droughts and floods, overcast rain, low temperature, frost and other climatic disasters. Average Temperature The average annual temperature in Wuhe County is 14.7℃. The hottest month is July, with an average monthly temperature of 27.8℃; the coldest month is January, with an average monthly temperature of 0℃. The annual difference in temperature is 27.3℃. In terms of the average ten-day temperature, the highest average ten-day temperature for the whole year was 28.7℃ in late July. The average temperature of the decade was higher than 28 ℃ in two decades, i.e., late July, early August. mid-January was the lowest, 0 ℃ - 1 ℃. Below 1 ℃ there are four decades, namely, early January to early February.
