(9) Keeping pets must comply with city appearance and environmental sanitation management, etc. According to relevant regulations, necessary safety measures must be taken to not interfere with the normal lives of others;
(10) Civilized sacrifices and sweeps, and reduce the use of incense, candles, and paper money. Article 7 Citizens shall abide by road traffic safety management laws and regulations when traveling.
When driving a motor vehicle, do not use a hand-held phone. When passing a crosswalk, you must give way to pedestrians. Do not honk in areas or road sections where honking is prohibited. Park your vehicle in an orderly manner. Drivers and passengers shall not throw objects outside the vehicle.

Article 10: Citizens should abide by relevant regulations and use the Internet in a civilized manner, not fabricate or spread false information, not spread vulgar information, and not purchase goods that they knowingly infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. Article 12 Residents should consciously abide by the owners' covenant and other relevant regulations, care for and rationally use public facilities and equipment, protect greening, and park vehicles in an orderly manner.
