Where can I hear "Say No Cry"?

You can listen to it for free with Baidu Music.

Jay Chou's latest digital single "Say Yes Don't Cry" logged into QQ Music in less than 12 hours, digital album sales exceeded 15 million, becoming the highest-selling digital single in the history of the QQ Music platform. As of now, this sales figure continues to climb, with the number of albums sold on Tencent Music's three major platforms exceeding 9 million, and total sales exceeding 27 million yuan.

The other side of the new song's sales explosion is the frenzy from major social platforms. The performance not only drove many fans crazy, but also won him the Golden Horse Best Newcomer award. The achievements brought by his first touch of electricity got Jay hooked on acting.
