01The preparatory section (8 beats x 4)
Both arms are raised to the side (palm forward);
Both arms are crossed over the head twice (slightly lifted) (the left hand is in front, and the two hands can be crossed at the wrists);
The left foot starts to step, and at the same time, the two arms are restored to the upright position through the side (palms down);
The third eight beats are the same as the first one, but in the opposite direction, and the fourth one is the same.

02Section 1 Stretching (8 beats x 8)
1-2 Extend the left foot sideways (toes pointing to the ground, parallel to the toes of the right foot), while bending the right leg at the knee, and the left arm goes through the side to the top (palms inward) 3-4 Reduce to upright.
3-5 Right foot extended sideways (toes pointing to the ground, parallel to the toes of the left foot), while the left foot bends the knee and the right arm goes through the side to upward (palm inward) 6-7 reverting to upright.
7- Left leg side to side (toes pointing to the ground, parallel to the toes of the right foot), while the right leg bends at the knee and the left arm is lifted side to side (eyes on the left hand, palm down) 8- Restore to upright.
03Section 2 Chest Expansion (8 beats x 8)
1- 2- Lateral extension of the left foot (toes inside pointing to the ground), at the same time the right leg bends at the knee, and the two arms (swinging forward into a) forward lift (overlap the two hands, the left hand is on the top, the palm is down)
5- Lateral extension of the right leg (toes inside pointing to the ground), at the same time the left leg bends at the knee, and the two arms are lifted sideways.
6- Right leg retracts and stands upright, while both arms are raised forward (both hands overlap, left hand on top, palm down)
7- Both legs are flexed, while both arms are bent flat in front of the chest and vibrated (fists are clenched, palms down)
8- Both legs are straightened, while both arms are raised forward (fists are clenched slightly closer together)
04Section 3 Kicking Exercise (8 beats x 8)
1- 2 Left leg forward into a lunge while both arms are raised through the front to the top (fists opposite each other)
3- Lift the right knee (thigh parallel to the ground, calf perpendicular to the ground) while the left leg is extended and both arms are flexed in front of the chest stand.
4- Extend the right leg back while raising both arms (fists opposite each other)
5- 6 Kick the right leg forward to above 90° (leg taut) while raising both arms through the side to down.
7- Reach back with the right leg while raising both arms sideways (fists down)
05Section 4 Body Side Exercises (8 beats x 8)
1-2 Step forward with the left foot while raising both arms via the front to the top (palms facing each other)
3-4 Step to the side with the right foot to form an open stance, while raising both arms sideways (palms down)
5-6 Lift the left knee while the left arm Swing to downward.
7-8 Stand with legs open, right side of upper body, right hand in waist, left arm up.
06Section 5: Body Turns (8 beats x 8)
1-2 Bend both legs once, while thrusting both hands into the waist.
3- One step to the side with the left foot, while holding both hands in front of each other (both hands reach forward and strike the palm)
5-6 The upper body turns 90° to the left, while the left arm is bent flat on the chest and the right arm is raised in front of the body.
7-8 Turn your upper body right 180°.
07Section 6 Abdominal and Dorsal Exercises (8 beats x 4)
1-2 Swing both arms through the side to overhead.
3-4 Take a step to the side with the left foot while holding the back of the head with the left hand and raising the right arm forward and up.
5-6 Restore the upper body while keeping both hands on the waist. Bend forward and touch the fingertips of the left hand in front of the toes of the right foot.
08Section VII Jumping Movement (8 beats x 8)
1- Left front 45° left lunge jump, both arms bent flat in front of the chest (clenched fists, fists down)
2- Jump into a side-by-side position, both arms restored (fists turn into palms)
3- Left lunge jump, while swinging both arms through the side to the head and striking a high-five.
4- Jump 45° to the right and return to upright.
5-6 Two small jumps in place with the legs together, while bending the arms flat in front of the chest (fists down)
7- Jump into an open stance (bending the legs) while raising the arms sideways (palms inward)
8- Return to an upright position.
09SECTION VIII CLEARING MOVEMENTS (8 beats x 8)
1-4 Start stepping with the left foot, while both arms are raised through the side to the top (palms outward)
5-8 Stepping, while both arms are raised through the side to the side with elbows bent and forearms circling inward to the side of the body, reverting to the upright (5 down, 6 around the circle, 7 arms outward, 8 back up) The second eight beats.
1-2 Step forward with the left foot, point the right foot to the ground on the inside of the left foot while swinging the arms to the front (palm down)
3-4 Step back with the right foot, point the left foot to the ground on the inside of the right foot while swinging the arms to the side through the downward motion (palm down)
5-8 Begin to step with the right foot while lowering the arms to the side to revert to an upright position.
The third and fourth beats are the same as the first and second beats, but in the opposite direction.
