When I was a child, for the holiday, the most looking forward to, in addition to the Spring Festival is the National Day. In the countryside where everyone is working hard for work credits, there is no holiday to speak of except the Spring Festival. New Year's Day, May 1, in the winter water repair to cut wheat, March 8 National Day, is to cultivate spring flowers harvesting late rice.
However, among these festivals, National Day is slightly different from the others. Perhaps because in order to show the prosperity of the motherland, every year the National Day, the village in addition to the red and green slogans posted on the prominent out of the village, but also with the pine cypress to build a colorful shed, hanging four big red lanterns, written "to celebrate the National Day". We watched the adults climb up and down the stairs and asked the well-informed people if they showed movies at night. Even if it was the much-watched "The Southern Campaign" or "The Story of the Red Lantern" or whatever, it was better than being at home in an early bedtime.
On the Fourth of July, you can go out on the street. It's a day when adults allow it and give you money. There were 20 cents, and more often than not you could get 30 cents. There was extra, except for a nine-cent bowl of light noodles at the Spring River Restaurant. You could buy a thinner Little People's book. Ah Hao has so many little people's books, it's petty to borrow them from him. If you buy it yourself, if he comes to borrow it, it's also petty to at least ask him to read it instead.
The streets were very busy, and you could go to Nanmen Futou to see the ships, or go to the bus station to see the cars. I often went with Rong Fu to see the cars, and he said he wanted to drive a car. I was a little surprised because I thought it was just a dream. Later he went to technical school and was a sheet metal worker, hammering car shells. But now is a boss.
Some years, there were still parades in the streets, so we just stood and watched. Looking for familiar people, but it's just hard to see. There are also large-character posters in front of the stores on the street. We didn't understand what they were saying. Once, I saw a song called "Remembering Qin'e", which I remembered from our textbooks, called "Remembering Qin'e. Loushan Pass". Loushan Pass", but it is written like this: the red sun shines, the 25th anniversary of the National Day. The National Day to, red flags like the sea, singing like a tide. The spirit of the Ninth National Day shines brightly, and one billion people are all Shunyao. With the spirit of the Ninth National Day shining brightly, one billion people are enjoying themselves. Ah, I am so impressed. So I chanted silently until I knew it by heart.
Time is running out, and the National Day is still getting bigger and bigger every year. However, the streets are now too close to go to, and the big cuts in merchandise no longer appeal to me.
But I guess the kids will always be happy. And when the kids are happy, the adults are happy.
Busy Fourth of July
Another Fourth of July has come and gone, and our schools are closed, so my mom and dad can take seven days off. What are the children going to do with this seven-day vacation? Is it to go abroad to travel, or at home to watch TV, play computer? Are they going to spend the whole day in the forest of books, or helping their parents at home? I think every child probably wants to go shopping and buy something. But have you noticed, in this festival of national celebration, there are so many people are still in their respective jobs hard work.
The salespersons and owners of every store on the street are working hard, treating their customers warmly and never rolling their eyes or swearing at them. No matter what holiday it is, the salesmen and owners of these stores never take a break. They don't just do it to make money, they do it so that we get better service.
Not only do the salesmen in each store and supermarket work hard on the National Day, there are also a group of workers on the street who don't know how to work hard - sanitation workers. Sanitation workers labor early and late every day, even on the National Day never rest. Sanitation workers contribute to our city every day. Just imagine what our life would be like if there were no sanitation workers: there would be garbage everywhere and the stench would be unbearable. ...... We can't live without them even for a day, and they work every day to protect the environment and tire themselves out. What are they for? It is not to let us have a clean living environment, so that we can have a comfortable National Day.
When did the doctors and nurses in the hospital rest on the National Day? They are also sticking to their jobs. They treat their patients very warmly and as well as they treat their relatives. They do not go to the hospital to treat patients because their relatives or friends invite them to play. What are they doing it for? It is not for us to get timely medical care and have a healthy National Day.
In the National Day, people in the tourism industry is even more hard labor, the motherland of the various attractions in the north and south of the river staff are busy. 1-7 October is called "11 Golden Week", because many industries October 1-7 days off, everyone is busy. -7 October holiday, we all want to take this opportunity to travel around, the number of tourists climbed dramatically. But no matter how many tourists, the staff of various tourist attractions are working non-stop, so that we can spend a happy, happy, happy National Day.
In addition to these, there are many, many workers in the industry in the birth of the motherland day - National Day can not get a break, such as aviation, railroads, road transport and TV Sen staff and so on, in order to enable us to spend a happy National Day, a happy "Eleventh Golden Week".
