Located in central Gansu, west of Liupanshan Mountain and east of huajialing, it borders Longde and Xiji County in Ningxia in the east and north, Tongwei and Qin 'an County in the west and south, Huining County in the northwest and Zhuanglang County in the southeast. It is an important town in the middle line of the eastern section of the ancient Silk Road, and Jingning County was rated as "the best planting area for eugenic apples on the Loess Plateau" by the Ministry of Agriculture.

Pingliang, a prefecture-level city in Gansu Province. Located in the east of Gansu Province, at the eastern foot of Liupan Mountain and the upper reaches of Jinghe River, it is the "Golden Triangle" of the geometric center of the intersection of Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia.
Pingliang, known as the "Longshang Dry Wharf", is an important town that the ancient "Silk Road" must pass through and is known as "the first city in West Chang 'an" in history.
