Everything is painful, but attachment is the worst.

All things are painful, but attachment is the worst. Don’t read the Book of Songs, which says that women are beautiful, with “hands like catkins and skin like curdled fat.” "The beautiful smile is beautiful, and the beautiful eyes are looking forward to it." When it comes to lovers dating, "A quiet woman and her husband are waiting for me in the corner of the city. I love you but don't see you. I scratch my head and hesitate." What is expressed is the beauty of love, joy but not obscenity, sadness but not sadness, making people unable to see the slightest evil thoughts.

When you reach the age when dopamine boosts your sense of existence, read Feng Tang's "The spring water is born, the spring forest is blooming, and the spring breeze is not as good as you." Watching "Give Me a Girl at Eighteen", the self under the karma is ready to move. Later, I read Yu Xiuhua in the rhythm of cultural phenomena. In "The Shaking World", I saw those smoky and muddy expressions, which were all messy and disorderly. Dylan Thomas said, Don’t walk meekly into that good night, but because of your preference for words, you still walked towards the altar in the dusk.

The disease of those who do not practice is that their minds fall into extremes, and the disease of those who practice is that they deceive themselves. Even though poetry is the song of the soul, it is not uncommon for "illness to produce poets." We are born lonely like this. While we are obsessed with the illusory dance composed of the five aggregates, insisting on the illusory as the truth without knowing it, we continue to seek rent for ourselves in the name of looking for love, raising glasses to be ambiguous with our own spiritual system and filling the emptiness. , and then turned into a chaotic love and marriage order. Killing, stealing, committing adultery, and abortion are all crimes that arise from this.

In the beginning, they all had a beautiful reason, "I love you". "Living happily, fetching water every day, cooking, and taking medicine on time/When the sun is shining, put yourself in it, like putting a piece of tangerine peel/Drink tea in rotation: chrysanthemum, jasmine, rose, lemon/These beautiful things seem to I am on the road to spring/so I hold the snow in my heart again and again/they are too white and too close to spring/read your poems in the clean yard/in a trance like a sparrow suddenly flying by/and the time is bright. .I am not suitable for heartbreak/If I send you a book, I will not send you poetry/I want to give you a book about plants, about crops/Tell you the difference between rice and tares/Tell you that a tares is on tenterhooks. /spring".

If Yu Xiuhua's "I Love You" can be regarded as the starting point of clean and clear love, I will go forward along the upside-down railway track and write "Crossing Half of China to Sleep with You" By that time, the style of painting had changed so much that travelers could no longer look directly at it. Before we practice, our Bodhicitta has always been crushed by thick ice, but the boundary between love and desire has always been only a thin layer. Even a lot of love contains personal goods from the day it is born.

Falling in love at first sight, getting married, giving birth to children, and dying of old age are so natural and rare in reality. It also means that in the Saha world, disordered emotions, attachments, and even sexual immorality are rampant. We have "loved" and forgotten, we have missed and forgotten, we think we have been cleansed, but the Alaya consciousness has faithfully preserved for us every seed of habit in the whole process.

Nanwuqiu confesses to Bodhisattva Mahasattva! I would rather wander for another thousand years than let those poetic hearts that could have been purer deviate from the original point. I would rather die alone for the rest of my life, but I also want to break through my obsessions, arise from the disintegration of all aspects including emotional attachments, and receive Dharma views with those who are destined to receive the most beautiful secrets of Udumbara.

Just in the morning, a wise friend with excellent talents was chatting about his attachment through WeChat. The content was probably about the topic of the person I love not loving me but falling in love with someone else.

After listening quietly, I replied with a few words, "The above is known, but it is not true." Then, he sincerely and reverently typed out a few paragraphs on his mobile phone:

"For those who are deeply entangled in the web of love and obsession, all the love, hate, and hatred in this world will play out the script, even if there are There are thousands of them, but there is only one truth. If you do not love too much, you will not be born in Saha.

For all sentient beings, if you do not love too much, you will not be born in Saha. It comes from the projection of past karma and the current situation. It's just acting in ignorance according to the predetermined script. Even the ups and downs of a series of thoughts are predetermined by cause and effect, just like the tides and waves are not controlled by the ocean, but by gravity and the waxing and waning of the moon.

Ordinary people are in the so-called ocean of love, no matter whether the ocean is as blue as a gem, or the turbulent waves will beat you mercilessly at certain moments until you are at a loss what to do or even despair. Looking at the ups and downs of the entire plot, you can't actually control even an emotion or a wave. This is the sad part and the painful part.

For the Bodhisattva, love does not regenerate and does not give birth to a saha. It is compassion to save, it is to come back with the wish, it is to let all living beings be liberated before me. The end of love is compassion, and the end of compassion is great compassion. Great sorrow. This kind of love is transcendent and holy from the beginning.

Therefore, as a person entangled in love and hate, whoever you regard as a sentient being and whom you do not regard as a sentient being are all in your heart. Look at this heart and see what it is thinking and wanting. Most of the time, perhaps what it wants is just a response and agreement with itself. Count how many times the word "I" appears in a few minutes of chatting about love, and you will understand - behind the obsession with love is ego. Even if the objects change and the plot escalates, if you can't notice it, reincarnation will still be the same.

For people who are kind and pursue the light, it is easy to move their fingers and send a hug emoticon on WeChat. But when one day, someone replies to you in a serious way, yes, let us embrace the openness together and embrace the light of Bodhisattva, you should understand that the embrace can be broader, and the heart of love can also be broader. Just like the love of the ocean for the waves, it certainly includes the love for clear springs and streams, including the love for rivers. It originally comes from this.

Continue to recite mantras intensively, chant sutras and practice. Even in the Buddha's time, no teaching will make you achieve success instantly. But once you lose awareness of your thoughts, they can instantly occupy your entire territory. In fact, all thoughts are guests temporarily staying in the temple of the body. They come and go. Being attached to them and dancing with thoughts is nothing more than a multi-dimensional world of illusions and illusions that will never be solved.

Only the growth of tranquility, compassion and merit can stop thoughts, make all the lovers in the world finally get married, and make the waves independent. The autonomy of waves means that one can see the endless ocean of compassion in a drop of water, recognize the essence of Saha in a flower, and thereby escape the suffering of reincarnation, complete the sublimation of love, and find the most beautiful common denominator of life. .

Buddhism is not an antidote. Discussing Buddhism is not the antidote. It is to practice Buddhism. Even if the antidote is used as a metaphor for Buddhism, it is far from the essence of pure Buddhism. But this can be regarded as a kind word. Why? "Everyone is sick."

It doesn't matter if you are not loved, it doesn't matter if you fall out of love, and it doesn't matter if you are dumped. It is said that the greatest lovelorn in the world, the first Karmapa Dusum Khyenpa, Due to his bad karma, he made fun of a monk who looked like a monkey during the time of Kassapa Buddha. He was reborn as a monkey for five hundred lives. Later, when he was reincarnated as Dusum Khyenpa, he also looked like a monkey, which was not good-looking. Before he became a monk, Dusum Khyenpa had a girlfriend who abandoned him because he was too ugly. When the woman he loved fell in love with someone else, Dusum Khyenpa's heart fell into great turmoil. After the emotional storm, Dusum Khyenpa realized that the pain was caused by his own troubles. At the age of sixteen, Dusum Khyenpa had a great desire to renounce and resolutely became a monk, becoming his first step into Buddhism. Karma.

Of course, it is said that after being dumped, Dusum Qianpa made a wish to be reborn in the future, otherwise it will be difficult to save all sentient beings. In fact, they are all Bodhisattvas who save you. From this, I have a deeper understanding of Tsangyang Gyatso.

"In order to meet you in this life, I have already left it in my previous life. room. The first best thing is not to meet each other, so as not to fall in love. The second best thing is not to know each other, so that you don’t have to think about each other." Why not meet each other? Because Bodhisattva is there, never coming or going. In the cycle, "not observing birth and death and impermanence, but looking forward to each other every reincarnation. die. Extremely smart and thoughtful, I lament that he is always at a loss here. The first best thing is not to meet each other, so as not to fall in love. The second best thing is not to know each other, so that you don’t have to miss each other."

Tsangyang Gyatso wrote, "I travel all the roads in the world, walking against time, just to meet you in this life."

This encounter is of course an encounter with Bodhisattva, which contains the incredible warmth and tenderness of Bodhisattva.

Finally one day, I read the "love poem" written by Teacher Zi Zai, "Sent by a "beggar" to Shijian...", and my tears were finally completely knocked out by the Taoist songs:

p>

By chance/I walked between heaven and earth/appeared in the corner of countless people’s eyes/pure light turned into two or three drops/often flowing out/the idiot sleeping in the light and shadow/obviously a dependent of countless lives/but Lost in dreams for many years

I have walked through the corners of the world/also crossed many rivers/witnessed the scenery/the promises I made in my previous life/are now beautiful and old/passers-by on the boat/who do you meet/who meet you? Sing the best songs

Autumn is followed by winter/The north wind cannot tolerate the warmth of spring/You should be prepared/If we meet late/The warmth does not diminish/People in the cold wind/Don’t reject the white snow of the future/ That must be me/Ice is me too/Warmth is me too

I see the back of my beloved/Covered with thoughts/Carrying a touch of sadness/It is not as good as meeting in a dream/Or confiding in front of the Buddha/Piety Walker/Come back quickly/The rhythm in the Sanskrit chant/is the sound of drums approaching the shore.

You are wandering in my heart/I am wandering on the streets/You pity me/I pity you/You escape in the world of mortals/A hundred flowers surround my fingers/I am home everywhere/Just watch the flowers bloom

I want to take off these clothes/naked on the street/my body is full of answers/all my lovers/all a flashy dream/recognition/just one affectionate gaze/but there are too many flowers/for a while Greedy for pleasure

What should come will come/What should go will go/The enlightened one rests in infinity/Happiness is like an unborn baby/The mind of a beloved is like the wind chimes in front of the porch/It is rare to find peace /Yes/No

I would rather wander in the world/than have a crazy soul/how many beautiful stories can realize a future heart/how many wonderful dreams are the qualifications of a monk/the pagoda is already standing Thousands of years have passed, but it has become a landscape of insanity/Meeting a copper chime in a dream/Silent Sanskrit singing/Lonely at the same time/Happy at the same time/Sad at the same time

I give up music uprightly, but talk about the truth. In order to seek the true meaning and prove the true flow of Dharma. When the virtuous friend who was temporarily obsessed with love expressed his gratitude to me, I replied:

"I just happened to pass by and saw the light of Bodhisattva in you. Then, I gently helped you. Open the window of Bodhisattva's house. Dependent origin is in you, light is in you, and goodness is in you."

There is no one in this world who is not a Bodhisattva. Just put your hands together, be grateful, and practice selflessness and altruism.
