The project is planned to invest 500 million yuan and be completed in ten years. It has been built for nine years with an investment of 400 million yuan. The first phase of the project has been basically completed and opened to the outside world.

The Suzhong Seventh World War Memorial Hall, located at No.91,Ninghai South Road, Hai 'an Town, Jiangsu Province, was founded in 1986, formerly known as "Suzhong Seventh World War Management Office", and renamed as "Suzhong Seventh World War Memorial Hall" in 198. It is a patriotic education base in Jiangsu Province and a cultural relic protection unit in Jiangsu Province. Haian County Museum Haian County Museum is located in the former residence of Mr. Han (Zishi), the governor of Jiangsu Province during the Republic of China, that is, on the west side of Beilujia Lane, Chengdong Street, Hai' an County, and is called "Han Mansion". This is a group of well-preserved buildings in the late Qing Dynasty, with small blue bricks and tiles, a fire alley cloister and a small flower hall in the train carriage. It was the "former site of the joint anti-Japanese symposium" initiated by Mr. Han in those years and was a provincial-level cultural relics protection unit.
