Bai was originally the third prince of the West Sea Dragon King, but he was spared the death penalty because of the intervention of Guanyin Bodhisattva. He was banished to the sad stream in the shadow of the snake mountain, waiting for the Tang Priest to learn the scriptures. But he didn't know Tang Priest and the Monkey King, and he ate Tang Priest's white horse by mistake. Later, Guanyin Bodhisattva touched him and picked the pearls under Yulong. Dip in nectar, turn white, and convert to Buddhism.
On the way to learn from the scriptures, I offered a mount to Tang Priest, and went through all the hardships. After my success, I finally got the right result. When he came back from the Buddhist scriptures, he surpassed Fan Long, got the golden body, and was promoted by the Tathagata Buddha to the Eight Tianlong Guangli Bodhisattva. After that, he recovered his body in the Hualong Pool and coiled it around the huge observation post of Radeyin Temple. In The Journey to the West's catalogues or poems, Bai is often called a horse, and the five elements belong to fire.
