"A Fire in Winter" is a song originally sung by Taiwanese singer Gao Lingfeng, with lyrics by Zhuang Nu and music by solan sister, released in 1982.
The song was originally sung by The Nolans in 1980 as "sexy music". 1982, it was covered by Taiwanese singer Gao Lingfeng as "A Fire in the Winter". 1987, Fei Xiang sang the song at the CCTV Spring Festival Gala, and the song spread all over the country. It was later included in Fei Xiang's album "Hometown Clouds".

In 1987, Fei Xiang sang this song song in the Spring Festival evening, red across the river, but also become that year's Spring Festival Gala iconic program. So much so that later for a long time many people thought it was his song, but also ignited a Hong Kong and Taiwan pop songs officially entered the mainland open fire.
In fact, "A Fire in the Winter" was sung by Taiwanese singer Gao Lingfeng in 1982, and the tune was from the classic 1980 dance song "sexy music" by Irish family group The Nolans. It was a pure family sister band that quickly became one of the leading disco dance groups of the mid-'70s not long after their debut.
