What is balloon cheerleading

Flower ball cheerleading is a sport done by athletes holding flower ball, and flower ball is the most representative sports equipment unique to cheerleading. In flower ball cheerleading, the most commonly used and the most important basic movements are the 36 basic hand positions holding the flower ball, which are mainly named according to the athletes' movement patterns.

Modern cheerleading is in the form of a team, skill cheerleading combined with Dance (Dance), Cheer (Slogan), Partner Stunts (Partner Stunts, which are difficult movements of lifting), Tumbling (Tricks), Basket Toss (Sedan Chair Throwing), Pyramid (Jengluohan), Jump (jumping) and other movement techniques.

The sport of competing with music, costumes, form changes, and marking objects (such as colored balls, slogan boards, horns, and flags), and abiding by the rules of the game in terms of gender, number of people, time limitations, and safety rules, is known as Competitive Cheerleading, or Cheerleading.

Competitive cheerleading is divided into skill cheerleading and dance cheerleading. Skill cheerleaders include Mixed (mixed groups), All-Female (All-Female) and Partner stunts; dance cheerleaders include Pom (flower ball), High kick (high kick), Jazz (Jazz) and Prop (props) four groups.

Representing the highest level of cheerleading in the world, the U.S. Cheerleading Championships participation standards: the number of teams to be between 6 to 32 people, divided into four groups for the competition, respectively, amateur, middle school, university and all-star group.
