Where does Liu Mingzhuang Village belong to

Li County Wan'an Township Liu Mingzhuang Village is situated 2.5 kilometers south of Wan'an Township Government, 15 kilometers from Li County to Liu Mingzhuang Village. It passes through Xinxing Town to this village, and bus No. 18 passes through this village.
