"Chinese People's **** and State Environmental Noise Pollution Prevention and Control Law" Article 58

In violation of the provisions of this law, one of the following acts, the public security organs shall give a warning, and may be fined:

(a) the use of high-pitched broadcasting loudspeakers in urban areas in the concentration of noise-sensitive buildings;

(b) violation of the provisions of local public security organs, in urban urban streets, squares, parks and other public **** places to organize entertainment, gatherings and other activities, the use of sound equipment, producing excessive volume that interferes with the surrounding living environment;

(3) failure to take measures in accordance with the provisions of Article 46 and Article 47 of this Law, from the interior of the home to emit serious interference with the lives of the surrounding residents of the environmental noise.
