Surrounded by towers, each tower resembles a giant flower petal, and the entire venue is like a flower in full bloom. The fa?ade of the "Civilization Cube" can be moved to create the illusion of a "Wall of Life" through reflection and refraction. The exhibition hall*** is divided into two floors, with the giant interior installation located in the center of the pavilion's patio. The core idea of the exhibition is to reflect Russia's unique experience and tradition in the construction and development of engineering and technology.

The design is inspired by the famous Soviet children's writer Nikolai Nosov's work "Little Nothing". Nosov's work "The Adventures of Little Ignorance":

In a fairy tale city lived some dwarfs. Each dwarf was as tall as a small cucumber. Their city was very beautiful. Flowers grew all around the houses, daisies, mums, and dandelions.
