Those who wear military uniforms or imitate military uniforms and pretend to be soldiers shall be punished by public security organs according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.

1. Civil servants and servicemen who abuse their powers, neglect their duties or engage in malpractices for selfish ends in the management of military uniforms shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
2. Soldiers who rent, lend or give away uniforms without permission shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the Disciplinary Regulations of the People's Liberation Army of China.
