You can use aecs4 software.
1. Select "Import Multimedia File" under "Import", select the video material to add dynamic animation in the open dialog box, and then click "Open". Or you can drag the video material directly to the current interface.
2. After adding the video material, you need to add the video to the corresponding track for editing. Right-click the video material and select "Add to Project" to see the corresponding content on the track at the bottom of the interface.
3、? After adding the video to the corresponding track, select "Picture-in-Picture" on the interface, and then select the "Hand-drawn" category in the upper left corner of the interface. What I want to add here is a heart-shaped animation, which is the second in the second row. When you find it, double-click the preview, and then click the "Add" icon on the heart-shaped animation.
4. After adding the heart-shaped animation effect, you can see the corresponding content on the track, and you can also change the position of the animation effect in the video (when the heart-shaped animation is displayed). First click to select the animation effect on the track. When the mouse pointer shows the hand state, hold down the left mouse button and drag it to the desired position, and then release it.
5. After changing the display position of the animation effect, you can also change the display position of the animation in the video screen and the size of the heart. First, move the playing timeline to the animation effect, and then drag the "Add" icon in the preview window in the upper right corner of the interface to change the position of the heart-shaped animation in the video screen.
6. After setting, you can preview the video effect in the preview window in the upper right corner of the interface. If you are not satisfied, you can modify it yourself, and finally click "Export Movie".
