The story of this time is about the four members of the Eight Preceptors, who inadvertently come to the legendary tree city, the "City of Blessed Wishes"! This wonderful city is built in layers on a huge tree, with vertical branches that serve as elevators, and cute fungi that serve as streetlights for the beetle "cabs" that come and go. In the center of the city, there is the Firefly Plaza, surrounded by ferris wheels, clubs, bubble baths and everything in between. The Happy Four held a concert in Firefly Plaza, "broke" into Tootsie Roll with their music, and with the help of the raccoon gardener, got their own home in Tootsie Roll - a petal shaped house with a piece of the Eight Precepts' favorite melon patch in front of the door. The Happy Four begin a colorful life in Toot-Toot City, with super, super, super, super fun activities, strange festivals, and of course, the crocodile gang, who are always at war with the Happy Four. The main characters of "Bugsy Bugsy" are still Bugsy, Fudgy, Jumper and Jade. Continuing the concept of "Simplicity is Happiness" from "A Porky Pig Falls from the Sky", the storyline presents a brand-new tale: Bugsy, Fudgy, Jumper and Jade form a watermelon band to sing and dance their way through a happy adventure in the Land of Trees. Compared to its predecessor, the sequel is more imaginative, not only the scene was moved to the big tree, the transportation also became a large amusement park roller coaster.
