What do you mean by past grudges?

In Buddhism and Taoism, there is a concept of "karma", which means that people's good and evil behaviors in their previous lives will get corresponding retribution in this life. In other words, the causal relationship established in the previous life will be reflected in this life, which is a feud in the previous life.

The gratitude and resentment in previous lives are reflected in the national fortune, family, health and wealth in this life. For example, the good deeds or misfortunes accumulated in the last life may be reflected in this life. Therefore, all kinds of problems faced by people in this life may be the embodiment of past grievances.

In order to solve the grievances of past lives, we need to practice, eliminate our own evil thoughts and clean up the bad karma of past lives. Good karma can be accumulated by doing good deeds and giving. If you encounter setbacks, you need to try your best to adjust your attitude and avoid further deepening the causal relationship. Through constant practice and hard work, we can resolve past grievances and make ourselves better.
