Because orchitis, orchitis and epididymitis often occur at the same time. There are two sides to a disease. It can be divided into acute and chronic.
In the course of acute disease, the testicular volume increases obviously, resulting in edema, local fever and pain. When suffering from brucellosis orchitis, in addition to the above symptoms, there is a lot of exudate in the scrotal cavity. Purulent and tuberculous orchitis can form one or more abscesses, which can protrude into the scrotal cavity, and then develop into purulent spermatiditis and peritonitis.
Suppurative orchitis is characterized by listlessness, elevated body temperature and sexual reflex inhibition in male dogs. There are dead sperm and pulse fluid in semen. Abscess has local fluctuation area, and pus can be discharged during puncture. In chronic aseptic orchitis and epididymitis, the symptoms of dogs are often subclinical, and the quality of semen is getting worse and the hardness of testis is changing. In chronic orchitis, testicles and scrotal walls adhere.
