After practicing for a few days, I felt very good. My body felt lighter than after doing square dancing or radio gymnastics. Then I practiced whenever I had time. As I practiced slowly, I found that my temper also improved, haha. , slow motion is also beneficial. I learned about Baduanjin from my mother. Because my mother had poor waist and legs as she got older, the doctor recommended her to practice Baduanjin. Later, due to some physical reasons, I also started practicing Baduanjin. It would be relieved after two or three days of persistence. One set of exercises lasted 12 minutes. I usually practiced it 3 times. My whole body felt comfortable and my neck was obviously comfortable. More, of course, it takes long-term persistence to have long-term beneficial effects on the body.
