Rotating Moves
Sucking Leg Turn
Starting on the step, complete the in-situ spinning moves in the Sucking Leg Pose, with the arms in double upper side position.
Tuck and Turn
Start on the step and complete the tuck and turn in place, arms in double upper lateral position (women: palm position).
Rotation
Spanning Leg Turn
Starting from the front lunge, the leg passes through the side leg and hooks the foot, completing an in-situ rotation towards the supporting leg, with the arm in the palm position.
End-leg turn
Start on the step, complete the end-leg dance in the direction of the action leg to complete the in-situ rotating movement, the arm lifts the lapel and presses the palm (female: mountain bladder presses the palm palm palm upwards). Divided into standing half-leg palm rotation and squat rotation.
Rotary movement
Side-leg turn
Starting on the step, complete the in-situ rotary movement of the side-leg dance posture. There are two types of rotations toward the support leg and toward the action leg, with the arms in double palmar position, double upper lateral position and flat lateral position.
Rear Leg Turn
Start on the front lunge and complete the rotation in place of the rear leg dance position towards the supporting leg, with the arms in the wind flag position palms up.
Rotation
Tanhai Turn
Start on the front lunge and complete the in-situ rotation of the tanhai dance position towards the supporting leg, with the arm extended forward in the hand-lapel position.
End-leg wing turn
Start on the step and complete the in-situ rotation of the end-leg wing turn towards the leg of the movement, with the arms in the wing position.
Flat Turn
Starting on a small eight-foot stance with the feet on the palms of the feet and the heels facing each other, complete the continuous rotational movement in the direction of the traveling leg, with the arms in the flat side position.
Leg Carrying Turn
Starting on the front lunge, complete the in-situ rotating movement of kicking and carrying the front, side and back legs.
Twisting and Sucking Leg Turn
Starting on the step, the former sucking leg dance posture is matched with the horizontal twisting movement to complete the in-situ rotating movement, with the arm in the wind flag position.
Twisting the front leg to turn
Starting from the step, on the basis of the diagonal waist dance posture, the supporting leg squats, the front leg 25 degrees straight or curved, the upper body twists and bends down to the direction of the action leg to complete the in-situ rotating action, the arm raises to press the palm position.
