This film is the first feature film of Tianyu Fu, the best screenwriter of the Golden Bell Award, and is supervised by senior director Wu Nianzhen. Take me away with me is not a pure gay story. The film presents all the worries and utopian dreams that can't be erased in the hearts of "heterogeneous". [Editor's note] Colorful crystal bobo, silly dad picking up garbage, superstitious country grandma (Mei Fang), close relative and brother who likes to ride a bike and joke with her (Lin Boxiong), and home by the sea all belong to A Gui (You Xin).

A Gui looks like a lively elf, but she is destined to have a different growth experience from other children of the same age, because she will regard green as yellow. Color blindness did not deter Gui from life. Dad will give her colorful glasses, so that she can see the sky in different colors and the gay world of her closest brother, but there are no different colors.

Brother Xian told her the story that the girl flew away with the sheets, and told her that there was a color-blind island in the South Pacific that she longed for. Gui wants to go to that utopia. Xian seems to want to leave this small fishing village more than she does. They are the guardians of each other's secrets, and plan to leave here one day and go to a free paradise, where they will not feel lonely and will not be treated as aliens. In the second half of the film, Gui (played by Li), who is getting slimmer, is sent by her grandmother to a college to study beauty and haircut, while Xian's brother commits suicide because of homosexual love and eventually becomes a coma vegetable. A Gui hoped that one day Xian's brother would look back at her, but it was all in vain. A rainbow, piercing the sky, opened the door of A Gui's heart. [Edit this paragraph] The film briefly comments on Tianyu Fu's films, which are a bit like the growing-up TV series of public TV stations, and a bit like Hou Xiaoxian's early works such as The Story of Time. The pictures under the lens are fresh and pleasant, and they piece together a strong Kaohsiung Tainan flavor. The whole movie is full of love, tears and laughter. Under the background of Jianqi Chen's note-jumping, the first half of "Children's Country Without Trouble" has a little transition to the second half of growth sadness and youth cruelty.

What really makes me feel lovely and moved is the childlike interest. From the eyes of a A Gui who can't tell the difference between yellow and green, he saw through the reality and the world. Brother Xian told her bizarre stories-girls are so sad that they will eat dirt, and some girls will pull sheets away with the wind-and these short paragraphs captured their true feelings and innocence with simple animations. A Gui's dream is to go to color-blind island, because people here don't wear colored glasses to see her and her brother's different color love, and deliberately break down barriers to communicate with each other. A Gui wants to get rid of the secular vision and seek the utopia of life.

Tong Xing's performance with faith and no scheming, Lin Baohong's interpretation of Li Qing's love and feelings, and Mei Fang's grandmother's sense of drama are the most wonderful performances in the film. After watching Take Me Far, I also want to see this color-blind island in the Pacific Ocean. [Edit this paragraph] The hero of the film, Lin Boxiong, once participated in Taiwan Province's Super Avenue of Stars. At that time, it was eliminated by the top 23, and it was too late to accept major transformation. However, his simple and lovely nature was immediately attracted by the film directors in China. Tianyu Fu, who won the Golden Bell Award for Best Screenplay, filmed the first feature film Take Me Far. It was only because Lin Boxiong was eliminated that he successfully found the hero, which proved that "a blessing in disguise is a blessing in disguise".

Lin Boxiong plays a gay cousin in the film and has an affair with a Japanese boy.

Playing the Japanese boy is the male model Wasir who has performed in a large number of MVs such as The Meaning of Travel.

Lin Bohong said: "The director asked me to practice liking a boy. I thought I couldn't do it at first, but after filming, I felt that I really liked each other. "
