According to the "Several Provisions on Making and Using the Team Flag, Team Emblem, Red Scarf and Team Cadre Signs of Chinese Young Pioneers" issued by the National Young Pioneers Working Committee in 2005, the red scarf worn by young pioneers can be divided into two specifications: large and small.
Specification 1: isosceles triangle with base length 100 cm and waist length of 60 cm. (60cm× 60cm×100cm)
