When was the house in Nanchuan Green Home Community in Xining built?

In July 2005, according to the announcement of Xining Municipal Government, the houses in Nanchuan Green Home Community in Xining were built in July 2005 and completed in April 2007. Xining, formerly known as Xiping County and Tang Cheng, is a prefecture-level city and capital of Qinghai Province under the jurisdiction of China people. Located in the east of Qinghai Province, northeast of Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, where Huangshui River and its three tributaries meet.
