Generally, after the review and approval of the public rental housing we applied for, a staff member will notify the relevant applicant by phone; or send a notice of rent allocation and occupancy to the relevant applicant. The notification will enable us to know the result of the lottery. Some places have set up hotline services. We call the hotline to check the lottery results by ID number.

For example, through the WeChat official account, enter your name to check the lottery number to find out whether you have passed the audit, and if you have passed the audit, it will also show the information on the allocation of rent.
