Costume Museum

The first domestic folk costume museum approved by the cultural relic department, the Metersbonwe Costume Museum is located at the headquarters of the Meters-Bonwe Group in Shanghai's Nanhui District.

The total investment of the Metersbonwe Museum is up to more than 20 million yuan, and experts have traveled all over the country to collect the collections. 1993: registered the trademark "Bangwei"; for the business license of Zhejiang Wenzhou Meters Garment Co. Ltd. business license. From then on, the prototype of Metersbonwe was born.

1993: Zhou Chengjian, the founder of the company, came up with a novel idea, consumed more than 160 meters of material, and took one month to make a giant wind and snow coat with a length of 4.64 meters and a chest circumference of 5.4 meters, which was broadcasted by CCTV's "Oriental Time" for 8 minutes and included in the Shanghai "Guinness Book of the World".

1995: April 22, in Wenzhou, Zhejiang Province, Liberation Theatre opened the first Bonneville store, the implementation of the brand chain franchise operation. This day was officially designated as the birth day of Metersbonwe, symbolizing the official entry of Metersbonwe into the apparel chain store retail industry.

1996: Started to adopt the business model combining production outsourcing, direct sales and franchising, with the production of "lending factories for manufacturing" and the channel of "lending (franchising) stores for sales".

2001: Aaron Kwok, one of the "Four Heavenly Kings" of Hong Kong, was hired as the brand image spokesman, and the brand awareness of Meters-Bonway increased rapidly.

2002: The first brand image store of Meters-Bonway with nearly 2,000 square meters was opened on Nanjing East Road in Shanghai, and the image spokesman Aaron Kwok participated in the opening ceremony.

2003: The company officially hired Chinese singer Jay Chou as the new image spokesman of Meters-Bonway brand.

2004: The company opened China's largest single-brand apparel store of nearly 5,000 square meters in Hangzhou.

2005: The company formally held the "Meters-Bonway Shanghai Headquarters Opening Ceremony", marking the official start of the company's "second venture" with Shanghai as its headquarters. At the same time, Shanghai Meters-Bonway Fashion Museum was officially opened.

2006: Reform the management to make it more internationalized.

2007: The company officially signed two Chinese singers, Zhang Shaohan and Pan Wei Bai, and Zhao Chenhao, the Heat Brothers, to join it as the fashion consultant for the campus series, and Jay Chou as the fashion consultant for the urban series;

The awards, which lasted for four months, were selected by the Listed Companies Professional Review Committee from a group of 1,573 listed companies as the 25 most outstanding listed companies in terms of five primary indicators, 23 secondary indicators and 61 tertiary indicators, including corporate performance and shareholder returns, board management, market capitalization management, corporate strategy, and social responsibility.

Since the listing in 2008, the company has achieved rapid growth. 2008 total operating income of 4.474 billion yuan, net profit of 588 million yuan, 2008 profit distribution plan for every 10 shares of 5 shares and 3 yuan. 2009 first half of the total operating income of 1.822 billion yuan, net profit of 231 million yuan over the same period of the previous year, an increase of 28.02%.
