Abdominal backward movement (four eight beats)

The first eight beats: 1-2: Take a step from the left foot side, at the same time, lift your arms from the side to the top, cross and vibrate outward (palms forward), bend your upper body backwards, and hold your head up and chest out. 3-4: The body bends forward, and the arms fall sideways in front of the body and swing outward (palms backward). 5-6: Squat your legs and lift your arms to vibrate outward (palms forward). 7-8: Straighten your legs, and at the same time, your arms will droop sideways and return to upright position.

The second eight beats: do it with your right foot.

Third, fourth and eighth beats: the same as the first and second eight beats.
