Twenty-two years ago, during the period of 1998+00, when the whole country was celebrating the birthday of the motherland, I received an invitation to join Shandong Luneng Taishan Football Club. After coach Guo Kanfeng went to Dalian three times in a row to let me join the team, the sincerity of the club and Guo Dao's insistence finally made my coach and parents make up their minds to send me to Dalian when I was 13 years old.
1in the winter of 999, we were still training in Wuzhou. I witnessed the birth of China's first double champion in front of the TV. There was no training scheduled that day. All our team members sat in front of the TV to cheer for our big brothers. The room was boiling when the final whistle sounded. At that time, I made up my mind that I would wear this orange racing suit to win the championship in the future.
At Luneng Football School, from the day of its establishment, all our teams have only the goal of winning the championship. The school told us that we must have a champion's heart, which is the principle of competitive sports. But life is more than a champion. In Shandong, the birthplace of Confucian culture, and Luneng Football School, we really learned to be a star first, and then be a man. Here, I also met the best young coach in Serbia, Kokovic, and took me to Gai Yudian, Lou, Yang, Guo Kanfeng. Thank you for your help and guidance.
