Which is happiness when you are in your 50s, having a job compared to not having a job?

People's lives have been in the ups and downs, people once they reach the age of 50 are basically retired some at home with children, some dancing square dance some writing brush writing life is so cozy, you have to ask me about 50 years of age with a job and no job compared to which is happier? I feel happier with a job.

For those who are happier in their jobs, they find such a life very fulfilling and rewarding. If they don't work, they get bored, have nothing to do, and when they reach 50, they have a crisis. People who don't work are more likely to fall into self-doubt and deny their values, thus leading a negative life. If people who work just enjoyed what they do and were happy to get on with their current lives, they wouldn't have these worries. My mom is like that. She can't take time out of her day. If she's not allowed to work, she'll think you think she's too old and get angry instead.

For those who are happier without work, they think they can relax and enjoy life without work. These people are more focused on themselves and more interested in life. It could also be because they don't like their jobs. Some people prefer to slow down, examine life, and do the things they want to do instead of working, such as practicing calligraphy and traveling. They still organize their lives to the fullest and enjoy them.

As outsiders, we can't assess which lifestyle is happier. Everyone has different values. As long as they feel happy in life, whether they work or not is just one way. It doesn't directly determine whether they are happy or not. As long as they can find their values and happiness, they will be happy. Therefore, for most people, there is no interest in life, so they like to be happy by working to show their values.
